Excellent experience all the way around! We took one of three sofa cushions in to get a quote for replacing the foam; they asked us to bring all three cushions, telling us that even though they look alike they might have different dimensions - and they did. They couldn't do the work until a week later; rather than leaving ourselves cushionless, we asked them to call us when they were ready to do the work. They called a week later, as promised, and had the cushions restuffed and returned to us within 1 1/2 hours.

He came down took a look at them and gave me an estimate and he was completely true to the estimate. He is excellent. His work was good and also some of his work that was displayed in his shop was really good. He is very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend him.

It went very well.Edgar came to my house at the pre-arranged time with upholstery sample books. He offered good advice and was not pushy. He conveyed prices clearly to me. He promised to have the chair for me on a very short time line. He carried the chair out. He did not call to tell me the chair was ready, however. I called him and we made delivery and payment arrangements which were carried out exactly as planned. Overall a very good experience and the chair looks amazing.
