I had the following (bad - my opinion) experience with The Right Move Moving & Storage Co.: 1. They were 1.5 hours late, 2. They charged me 170% of the WRITTEN estimate, 3. It took them 2.5 hours to get from UES to Queens - I drove over the same time in 25 mins., 4. They charged me $1000 on my credit card (plus $740 cash) - when the charge was recorded by my bank, the credit card charge was for $1500 - they changed the slip AFTER they gave me the credit card receipt! 5. They did NOT credit me for my $100 deposit. Your mileage may vary. I will not ever use these people again.
