Jose De La Cruz and his crew - the other 2 Js - did a terrific job remodeling my apartment. After inspecting my place and discussing what I wanted to do, Jose provided a detailed estimate for the project, both price and time. His was one of three bids I received and while it was not the lowest it was the most believable. Jose's crew ALWAYS arrived when promised and Jose ALWAYS responded quickly to any of my calls and texts. The quality of the work is excellent and my apartment looks great! Also important to NYC coop apartment owners is that Jose was very responsive in supplying the license and insurance documents required by the management company for the project. This became an issue with the original electrical subcontractor who had to be replaced. The new electrician was more expensive, and the final cost of the project was 5 percent higher than estimated. This also delayed completion by about a week.However I couldn't be happier with the outcome and enthusiastically recommend Jose De La Cruz and The 3 Js Construction.
