Kevin did a great job. A real gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. He fixed our problem, explained the cause of the problem, and offered advice for the future. His price was very reasonable too. I would highly recommend him.

Kevin was very professional and thorough. Assessed the trouble with my oven for a reasonable fee. Determined the cost of replacement parts and labor. Advised me that it would probably be better to simply replace my old oven, which is what I chose to do.

Kevin has been helping us for many years. He's repaired dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines and dryers for us. In this instance he installed a part he had in his truck to see if it was the problem rather than replace the larger more expensive compressor. The refrigerator worked fine so after a week or so he returned and installed a new part. I've recommended Sure Fix to many people over the years and every one of them is still a customer. Honest, reliable and reasonably priced.

Kevin is one of the best repair men around, he is always there when you need him. He was able to find the issue of the dryer but it wasn't worth saving. We have been using Kevin for years, andhopefully years to come.

Kevin was recommended highly by our electrician when he spotted that our dryer exhaust system had fallen apart. We called Kevin based on that recommendation. Kevin immediately responded and surveyed the mess that was our dryer exhaust. Kevin discussed what was needed, ordered the required parts and replaced the old plastic tubing with new metal tubing. Additionally, Kevin repaired the outdoor exhaust exit. Kevin was extremely efficient and clean. I highly recommend Kevin for any appliance issues.
