Appliance Sale
I bought a Summit Refrigerator from this horrible company 2 years ago. The space I have for a refrigerator is unusually small and this one I found would fit. I paid a fortune to have it delivered. Two days ago it stopped working and a service person told me it was leaking freeon (spelling?). He said it would cost more to repair it than to replace it. The refrigerator in my main house is 25 years old! This one lasted only 600 days!!!! So I called the company the the horrible woman that answered the phone just kept saying "what do you want me to do about it?" Of course it is out of warranty, so I knew there was nothing they would do. But having to deal with their rude and insulting customer service only added insult to injury after wasting hundreds of dollars on their crappy refrigerator!
