Albert arrived fifteen minutes early and replaced the cartridge with one we had provided. He took care not to mar the finish and completed it in a short time.

Did a great job. Called him a month ago and told him I needed 2 drains flushed. we needed to wait until it was warmer weather. he called me back with a follow-up. the first drain, turned out there wasn't a pipe connected to the drain! just a hole! felt bad i made him dig... for nothing. it's just a hole with a drain cover over it. hah. Second drain was REALLY clogged and after about 20-30 minutes of the water pressure hitting it, a little bubble of air came up and WHOOSH the water went down. he also stayed after a little bit to take a look at my water tank and give me a few pointers on how to keep it going and what should be done to bring stuff up to code (new purchase, old house). overall, a positive experience. followed up with me for the appointment, showed up at the time he said he would, did the job i needed him to do. decent price (let's face it - everything is expensive!) would definitely call him again!

He's a real expert. The pipes themselves had decayed, as the original person who had installed the pipes had done it incorrectly. Pieces of the pipes had disintegrated and caught on the inside.
