Small Jobs Done Beautifully

My first phone call was returned on the same day. John was courteous on the phone and listened to my inexpert description of what I thought I was looking for. We arranged for him to come to assess the job. He arrived on time and was easy to talk to. He helped me to define what I was looking for, and we agreed on a reasonable fee for design drawings and help in selecting the baseboards/crowns from the dizzying array of what is available. His suggestions were based on what I seemed to want but also what would "go" with the particular room. The project went smoothly. John and his helper arrived on time, worked with great attention to detail, and left the house clean each evening. There was good communication, and the job was completed on time. He was thorough, meticulous and invested in his workmanship, and I am extremely happy with what he did. His price seemed fair and in keeping with other bids I got.
