+ -1 moreThe customer care rep, Suzanne, has been very helpful. Basically, the signals changed between car models. They are working hard to fix the issue. It is still being worked on.
Description of Work: I have had trouble getting the station to come into my car.

+ -1 moreWe have the radio installed in my husband's, my daughter's and my car. They are wonderful. They have given us a break in their price because we get so radios but we pay $66 a year. Usually it is $190. But because we have had them for so long and we renew it every year so they don't charge so much. I like them a lot. We buy our cars every two years for my husband and I lease mine every two or three years, and they give us free six months by getting new cars. They have no commercials what so ever. One can have 40s music, 50s 60s, Blues, Jazz, Hip Hop, and I can switch on to whatever I want without interruptions. We tried to get it into the house but we could not. We have recommended them to all our friends.
Description of Work: We use Sirius Satellite Radio for our cars. We have been with them for 10 years.
