Positive experience, from quote to finished work.  Dave from Utell did a very good job with one helper.  He emailed confirmations, was prompt, all business.  I recommend him highly and would definitely use him again.

It went well. They were prompt, courteous, and did the job quickly and efficiently.

I was very impressed. I called the company and explained what I needed to have done. I made an appointment for an estimate. I received a call on the date of each appointment (estimate and actual work date) to: 1) confirm the appointment 2) was advised who would be arriving and 3) the time they would be arriving After the initial walk through estimate appointment, I decided to divide the jobs into two appointments and was given an estimate for each job. The day that the light switches were changed as well as the light fixtures, I received a confirmation call, knew who was arriving, and the approximate time they would be arriving. The workers arrived on time, were polite, courteous and their supervisor arrived on site twice to check on the progress of the job. Unfortunately, I was not aware that two of the light fixtures I purchased did not have a particular type of light bulb in the box (some of the other light fixtures on display did). They were smaller type pendant ceiling light fixtures and the supervisor made a special trip to a supply store and brought back two different types of light bulbs for the fixture. Even though I called the company and added on a last minute request for an additional fixture to be taken down and replaced, they handled that request expeditiously and politely as well. They kept each area clean after working in it and removed all material that needed to be disposed of. I realize that it would have been a little more cost effective to have the maintenance staff change and replace the light fixtures that I needed, but they would have had to fit it into their work schedules and the work would have been done piece meal. It was easier just to call Singer Electric. It was so refreshing to deal with a professional and courteous company that have employees on staff who are well trained, punctual, polite and actually have good manners! I know it may sound old fashioned, and perhaps it is, but it's a rare thing to experience these days. I plan on calling Singer Electric back in a couple of months to have them work on improving the rewiring for an air conditioning outlet and some of the wall outlets. If you're thinking of having any electrical work done, I say just call Singer Electric!

They were prompt and reasonable. They came when they said they would and did a good job.

They were clean and responsive to my requests. They offered very good suggestions.

THEY WERE A VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY WERE A GOOD GROUP OF MEN. THEY FINISHED THE JOB RIGHT AND FINISHED ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
