She did find me a great place. When it came to paying her broker fee we set up a meeting at the local Starbucks which I was fine with, but then after I had waited for 15 minutes for her, she changed her mind and demanded that I come to her apartment at 9:30 pm and had me driving up and down the street looking for the place since she wouldn't give an actual address. It was very unprofessional and strange, especially since all parties involved had not signed the lease yet.
