Albert and his team were fantastic. They were reliable, trustworthy and clean. The bathroom floor remodel went fantastic and looks great. The wooden floor project went great and the entryway and garage Epoxy flooring looks amazing..

When the provider placed the new floor over the linoleum and old floor my husband asked him ( on several occasions) to remove the linoleum and not put new floor over it as stated in the contract. The provider said that if he had to do that he would rather take his tools and his crew and leave. The new floor installed is higher than the others because it was installed without removing what was under. A request for a second payment was made and we asked for the floor situation to be rectified and the linoleum removed. The provider has refused to do this and has stopped the project until the second payment is made. His intent is to leave floor as it is. We are happy to provide a second payment when the linoleum is removed and the new floor is installed. We also want to ensure that moldings purchased are also installed, floors are stained and pending closet is sanded and stained prior to the final payment .

Albert and his team is unmatched, we are very pleased with the quality of work and the cost was very reasonable. The customer service was exceptional, from the initial consultation to the final work. The team was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a floor restoration, I can assure you will get that from RF Flooring. P.S. Five star rating on everything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! WORK NOT GUARANTEED! Albert, owner of RF Flooring, had done some major jobs costing over $20,000 in past years for which I gave him good reviews. I would not longer recommend him for any job. Recently, we hired Albert for a small bathroom ceiling repair for $850. Less than one month after he completed the repair, the ceiling fell and is worse than before. We requested a full refund, but he only offered half. He claimed that moisture is the problem, but we reject this excuse. There is a ceiling ventilation fan and no evidence of mold or moisture. We lived here for 15 years before the problem developed so we would not expect the repair to fail after less than a month. I would have given zero stars, but the minimum allowed is 0.5. BEWARE!

Albert and Raul are a great team! I previously reviewed the fine work they did in our 125-year-old Victorian home refinishing floors, skim coating and repairing walls and ceilings, and painting. We also had a vintage pocket door that needed repair. The door was sticking so that it could not be completely closed into the wall. Over the 13 years we have lived here I have had least three other repair people tell me that the door could not be fixed. Today Albert and Raul fixed the door! It was a difficult repair and they spent several hours trying different solutions. At one point Albert said it had become a personal challenge and he was not leaving until they got it fixed. They finally got the job done and we are very grateful.

We live in a 125 year old Victorian home with mostly original floors, walls, ceilings and details. Albert and his crew did a fantastic job! Initially we were only going to have them sand and polyurethane the original yellow pine floors in the hallways and three rooms. When Albert told us he also does plastering and painting, we expanded our project to include some major interior work. Albert repaired and painted our living room ceiling; scraped, skim-coated, and painted our hallways; and patched and painted our kitchen. He also did some major repair to a portion of the wood floor that required replacing a rotted beam supporting a section of the floor and repairing the floor. He is very skilled at all the work he does and takes a lot of pride in making sure we are satisfied. Albert himself did all the work with the help of Raul, who has worked with Albert for four years. He also brought in a third worker Jose to help paint, so that he could complete the job within the time he promised. He showed up on time every day, walked us through the work at the start and the end of each day, and made sure we were completely satisfied. As we saw his good work, we kept adding additional work to the project. Even with the extra work, Albert finished the project a few day ahead of schedule. His partner Jess handles the business end and drew up very detailed contracts with all the specific work and costs. Both Albert and Jess were readily available by email, text and cell, and they responded very quickly to any questions and concerns. Having used various other contractors for interior work and floors, we have to say that we are most impressed with Albert's work and plan to employ him again for other projects in the future.

We are very happy with their work. They do excellent work and are clean.

Great company, great work and a lot of skills, would hire them for many things!
