He is very good and prompt in his work. The problem was fixed and everything is working fine. After the work he cleaned the place, it took him just 45 minutes to do the job. The price he charges too is very fair. I have a contract with this company and I have been using their services for years.

As I was a long-time customer of Rescue, I naturally asked them for a quote to replace my gas-fired steam boiler when the old one
went.  I told them I wanted an efficient boiler and one that would qualify for Con Ed?s $500 rebate.  They said ?no problem? and filled in their part of the application to Con Ed when the installation was complete.  I completed my part and mailed it in.  A few weeks later, I received a rejection from Con Ed saying that the boiler they installed did not qualify for the rebate ? it wasn?t sufficiently efficient. 
I wrote them, enclosing Con Ed?s rejection and asked what they were going to do about it.  I heard nothing.  I wrote them again and I still have heard nothing from them.  The older fellow I used to deal with doesn?t seem to be around anymore. 
I am finished with them.  Over the years, I have referred no fewer than 6 customers to them.  I am advising those folks not to trust Rescue anymore.  

i was in FL and my property in NY had a broken Hot water tank at the start of winter. I gave them a call roughly about 9pm in the evening and was able to provide full service the next day.   Although punctuality  is not the best the job was well done especially on such short notice
great thing about them is they have contract that are paid yearly that provides you a discounted rate on any services performed during the year.
