It was a little diffacult for him, Ladder was smaller the old one, he had to do extra fixing to put it in. Some spaces are open, but ladder is secure.

I went very well. I had an appointment and wasn't there but knew what to do when he visited previously. Tyrone kept in touch with me as the job progressed. I was reassured by that. When I got home I immediately did an inspection of the work and was pleased. I would work with him again. He handled the job very professionally.
