He took the job and gave it to somebody else. They made a bad service. They did different colors of my concrete and it's causing alot of flooding and now i have to take him to court because the service is such a mess. Everything is delayed and now they're saying that they cant do it. I already paid 11000 and he didn't give me receipt and contract.
