Friendly and great work and clean up

Sloppy

I hired this contractor to reseal my paving stones and repoint a small garden wall. The work was rushed and was very sloppily done. They is now sand and wet spots all over my paving stones and the mortar on the garden wall was not smoothly applied. He also only repointed the outside of the wall, not the inside. The stones had a previous spot on them from asphalt off the road. Rather than removing the asphalt during cleaning, The worker managed to track it all over the paving stones on his shoes and sealed the stones despite realizing what he had done. Rather than take responsibility, the owner tried to blame my husband. We had to withhold final payment in an attempt to get him to try to fix the issue. I am very unhappy with the work done at my home.

We were experiencing an emergency roof repair. R, Luis got back to us right away and was able to fit us into their schedule at the end of their day. Very happy with the service. Would definitely call them again for future repairs we have to our house.
