He was very knowledgable and thorough. He was honest and candid and made himself very available to answer questions etc.

Richard arrived 10-15 minutes early to do a preliminary inspection of the building's exterior. Once we began, he very clearly, thoroughly, and quickly discussed his findings as he and I went through the apartment building from basement to roof, and into the particular apartment I was buying. I was very satisfied with his eye for detail and knack for explanation. One of my favorite aspects of his service was that he was open to responding to my questions about the inspection long after it was complete, fielding questions of mine via email and phone over the course of the week after the inspection. I would use him again and recommend him to others. Note: I didn't shop around for prices. His price struck me as reasonable, hence I rated it and quot;goodand quot; rather than and quot;excellentand quot;.

Rich Perri is terrific. Because he is an engineer, he is able to a**** the building itself, not just the coop apartment, as many other home inspectors I talk to only do. He was thorough, explained his thinking, advised me about possible dangers and repairs and how to assess what the coop was doing about them. He really knows his stuff.

He did a really good job. We are really happy with him. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was very detailed and had great communication skills.
