They did not seem to have any idea how to troubleshoot this particular model, and suggested easy and quick fixes which did not help the problem. They asked to see the owner's manual in both visits, and when I finally suggested an explanation that I found from an online version of the owner's manual (a pipe blockage, which hints at a faulty installation), they dismissed it on the first visit, and then stated that a pipe blockage was at fault on the second visit.
Description of Work: Evaluated problem with water heater not delivering hot water to bathroom. This was a unit that they had installed two years ago.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS OKAY. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. ACTUALLY, I TOOK UP A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY AFTER THEY DID THIS WORK FOR ME. THEY CAME AT THE TIME THEY PROMISED.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A PART IN OUR BOILER.
