Frank answered my message immediately in the evening as late as 10:30pm. on the second day during his service, he worked hard for one hour and half to snake my sewer main through. I could easily imagine that another plumber could give up after 30 minutes and suggest me to go for hydrojet, which is the case six months ago.

I had a real emergency. My kitchen sink wasn't draining at all and the plumber I usually use wasn't going to be available for days. I called Rooter Express and they were at my home within the hour and took care of the entire problem. Greg was completely courteous, professional and efficient. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Dwayne arrived at the perfect time in the morning. He went above and beyond the call of duty, and dug out about two feet of dirt to access the storm drain caps. He also checked our sewer drain for us and put new caps on both drains. All in a little more than an hour. Fantastic work and excellent service. Price was fantastic as well.
