On their part very well - Con Edison took longer for the inspection.

I h ad a flood due to a system they installed, two months after installation and they refused to come to repair. When I finally got another company to come in to my now soaked bedroom they discovered that the overflow meter for the unit was never installed and was sitting in the ceiling next to the pan. They also installed a new unit in a kitchen renovation. They were consulted every step of the way during the design of the kitchen and installed a unit that could not be accessed properly. The settings needed to be changed (the unit only runs very cold and very loud) and now that is what we are stuck with. Their suggestion was to cut through the new cabinetry. I could write a book on all the things they did wrong. Do not use them or you will regret it.

They showed up about 45 minutes outside of the window they promised, and that was OK.  They were done in 30 minutes and they were very courteous.  My biggest problem was how much they charged, and the price was very high.

Horribly.

They did beautiful work. They were very professional.

Attached is a photo with 2 flappers for my kohler toilet. The one on the right, the darker one, is the flapper that your plumber installed. To justify $350 to replace a flapper, you claimed that your plumber had to go from my apt to the upper east side, to get the correct flapper and then back to my apt. Unfortunately, your plumber did not install the correct product and the identical flushing problem continued. Further, though I am not an expert, the flapper that your plumber installed appeared to be used. I then installed the correct kohler flapper, the one on the left (notice the color difference), after purchasing the correct flapper from the upper east supply. The toilet now flushes correctly.

They were extremely expensive. I paid more than I have ever pay. He would make comments before doing a full analysis so I did not have confidence in him. I would not use them again. Everything is working. They were late arriving.

Kenny listened to my concerns and took a look at the boiler. He told me what he thought was the problem and then he checked the boiler. He confirmed his suspicions and told me a few things needed fixing. Some were age and neglect and some were incorrectly fixed by the previous service techs. He told me what needed to be fixed to solve my problem and what I might need to fix in the future.

Pelham Plumbing & Heating Corp is a very good and honest plumbing and heating company. They did a very neat and thorough job on the installation. They have proven to be very responsive and professional a number of times. One good thing is that they come when they say they will. I prefer not to state the price.
