They were excellent because I could have the air conditioner installed in the wall. The air conditioner was not working properly as soon as they had installed it. So I had called them and they had one of their salespeople put a new one in the car and drive it over to my house immediately. They had provided the kind of service that I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and everything about them.
Description of Work: I had purchased an air conditioner from PC Richard & Sons.

WHEN I GOT IT HOME, THE VIRUS WAS STILL THERE. IT WAS NO GOOD. IF YOU GIVE SERVICE AND IT'S NO GOOD, THEIR SERVICE WAS MISLEADING. THE MANAGER THAT PUT THE ORDER IN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THOUGH.
Description of Work: THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TAKE THE VIRUS OUT OF THE COMPUTER. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DID.
