 + -1 moreHe talked over us when we were explaining project of how we wanted it done. He was actually shouting. We just asked for an estimate and he wouldn't give anything in writing until we signed the contract. He missed our first scheduled meeting and on second meeting he was out of line in discussing the work done with me and my neighbor. Asked if we were in a relationship. We are both women.
Description of Work: He showed up, talked over reconstructing the porch.
