 + -1 moreThe resulting coating is very uneven. It streaked all over the front of the house where they applied the sealant. Nardone was paid the $1300 they asked for the job and were to drop off an invoice for the work. Nardone never came back with the invoice, even after repeated calls asked for the invoice and now asking him to check his work for problems. My mother still experiences leaks coming into the house. Repeated calls to Nardone are met with no response. If you are considering Nardone Construction of Dean Ave., Bronx to do any work be forewarned. The workmanship is shoddy. The owner is not a man of his word and does not honor his agreements. This is the worst kind of snake to deal with. Beware of those who take advantage of older people. They are despicable. Description of Work: My 83 year old mother contracted Nardone to seal the front of the house using a water repellant sealant to prevent water from entering the house and also to seal the base of the house where the building meets the concrete sidewalk and patio.
