Mr. Appliance was not the first appliance repair company that I ve used over the past few years, but they are head and shoulders above any other company. What distinguishes their work is : 1. Reliability. Calls were promptly returned and workers showed up on time. The work described was the work performed. 2. Quality. The technicians genuinely understood the appliance, the problems, and the potential solutions. This was a complicated repair that involved both mechanical and electrical parts. In addition, the appliance was not new, yet the technicians understood how to approach the repair. 3. Communication. Both management and the field technicians clearly communicated to me the diagnosis and solutions. When I made a decision about moving forward with the repair, I felt that I understood exactly what was being done. 4. Value. Pricing was fair and reflected the actual time spent on the job. Quotes for the work were accurate. In my experience using other companies, this is not always the case.

I was charged for nothing. They came and basically told what i said the issue was over the phone and charged $172. I am felt violated.

there was some miscommunication about scheduling but that may have been my fault, so I'm giving them benefit of the doubt, just be sure you understand each other clearly on that point

The owner, Jogi, was very patient and understanding with rescheduling my repair, since there was trouble accessing my washing machine (we had to cut down a portion of the wall to get to the washing machine). Jogi responded very quickly to my calls and ordered the necessary parts right away. Edwin was knowledgeable, polite, and spent time clearly explaining what the problems were. He repaired the washing machine expertly. In summary, I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance of River Dale. They were really marvelous. I could not say enough nice things about them.
