GREAT service! Responded very quickly, which made life easier. Repair man Rodriguez was courteous, professional, and very neat and clean 👍👍. He was transparent re pricing. The service was a bit expensive but he had no control over it. Fixed the problem quickly (very old Frigidaire oven).

At first, this company was very proactive and responsive. When the repair tech, Edwin, came for assess my situation he was very pleasant, professional, and clear. He stated that the problem was different than what I had been told by a previous repair person. Two parts needed to be ordered. I paid a deposit and waited. It s been a couple weeks. I ve called and emailed to the point person Jogi but he s stopped responding. So, I ve paid a few hundred dollars, was told my part would be in days ago, and have heard nothing more.

They were extremely professional. Both the owner who took my call and the technician who did the work were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I thought the cost of the job was a tad pricey for the work that needed to be done but, all works and I m happy. Would definitely use them again.

$200 cheaper than other competitor repairs

I asked for a licensed technician as I am in the building business and I know sometimes unlicensed professionals show up. In this case, Edwin was on time, called before arriving, wore a uniform and booties, wo had a COI and was so professional and knowledgeable I was extremely happy. Of course, I have to buy a new appliance, but he didn't sugar coat which I loved.

The technician expertly surmised the problem with our cooktop & fixed it quickly. He recommended we replace the oven ignition since it was woking properly. I was so impressed that the repairer wore booties to protect our floors. He was courteous, articulate & most professional.

I had Mr. Appliance come over after we smelled gas in our apartment. The technician that came by was on-time, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Things that I didn't understand about my oven and overall knowledge of gas was broken down and made easy to understand. I have to say that this was the first time I had a tech literally go through step by step about the procedures he was performing. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance again in the future.

We had them come over to help with a broken washer/dryer. They were professional and in good contact. Showed up on time, explained the procedure, and laid out the costs clearly. I would hire them again.

It took a very long time to find an honorable repair firm that did what they promised and delivered with results. Three other firms took the appointment then canceled at the last minute. Or wanted money up front before they even diagnosed the problem. I will be using Mr. Appliance again for maintaining good working order or any needed repairs. Well done.

Very professional, courteous and prompt timely service. I am highly satisfied with dealing with Jogi on the phone arranging service appointments and Edwin, the repair technician, for diagnosing the issue, ordering the needed part and installing the part. As soon as Edwin arrived, he put on protective shoe coverings. He patiently explained the repair issue and next steps. As soon as the part arrived in 2-3 business days, Edwin was back to install it. Always on time. Very efficient. They explained they only use OEM parts. I was given two names of repair businesses by the frig manufacturer, but I got a chill reading the respective reviews which were just terrible. So I decided to check out Home Advisor. So glad I did that and found Mr Appliance of Riverdale. . It is never inexpensive to repair a pricey appliance so I canâ  t really comment on â  value for moneyâ  but I felt these guys would do the job right. Definitely would use them for future appliance repairs. Thank you Jogi and Edwin.

I feel their prices are too high for what they did ... 5 minute evaluation for $130, seriously?

My refrigerator was making crackling noises. It is now humming as it should. The tech was professional and courteous. I am very happy with this company and, if I ever have an appliance that needs to be repaired again, I will gladly call them.
