+ -1 moreOver all everything went great. Not everything is done; still installation of the stairwell to go. All communication has gone well and all subs were well managed. I never felt like the job was not a priority of the company (as has happened before). All the guys were trust worthy and courteous.
Description of Work: Acted as General Contractor and Project Manager for a complete rehab of an historic West Philadelphia Home. Helped with design work and hired and managed all sub contractors. Work included a kitchen and two bathrooms from scratch, lots of dry wall and a central air/ heating unit, green insulation and eco-friendly paint and floor finishing.
