The cleaners showed up right at the beginning of the window I was provided. They carefully set-up their equipment and made sure they protected the areas around the room to be cleaned. They worked quickly and efficiently. The carpet had some old, deep-set stains which they couldn't get out but the cleaning did vastly improve the appearance of those spots. Very pleased with the value and I would definitely use them again.

The carpet cleaning professional was on time, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The service provided was excellent; I could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent service.

They arrived on time, and the process took a week.  One rug had never been cleaned during its ten years life. Both rugs look like new. A fine job!! The price was just right. This company deserves its A rating.

Very well.  The person who picked up the rugs was very punctual and fast.  The drop off by another gentleman went just as smoothly.  They rugs look great.  Very happy with their work.  Have used them before and will again.

I am very satisfied with their service. Our rug had not been cleaned for many years, and when we got it back it looked like new.  Pick-up and delivery was on time. The men were very polite, and the people at the office helpful. I will definitely use this Company again in the future.

Really great service.  I needed a rug cut down and they called me a couple of times to discuss best and most cost effective way to proceed.  End product was excellent.  I'd use them again for sure.

Perfect service from beginning to end.

The office was very responsive and kept us informed of the process. The person fixing the rug was very polite and gave several options. The work was done quickly and well - it looked great after. Minor, but the workers who came to pick it up were fairly grumpy.

They picked up and delivered as scheduled and did fine jobs on the rugs.

they cleaned a wall to wall carpet in my family room. they advised me that to do a shag wall to wall that i inquired about that it would not look great so i did not do it...

Everyone, from the owner to the pick up people to the receptionist, is responsive, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. They're knowledgeable, stand by their excellent work and promptly address any concern/questions that arise.

The carpets were old and perfect cleaning was impossible, but these people did a better than expected job, were polite, and put extra effort where needed.
