We are located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, and have been doing business here since 1978. We are family owned and operated and offer exceptional service and quality of work. We sell and install locks, custom made window gates and safes for residential and commercial alike. We specialize in High Security locks such as Medeco and Mul-T-Lock and cut keys at our location. I called Mary the Locksmith before arriving and inquired into making an appt. She told me no appts necessary and I could just walk in. I arrived 20 minutes later. Another employee went and retrieved her and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. She was fast/efficient and pleasant. Thank you so much!!
I called the store at 07:45 am in the morning - there was a message stating the number of the locksmith. Called him and he immediately picked up the phone, advised me to call the store at 09:05 am to place the work order and that he would be at my house between 10:00 and 11:00 AM. I did as he instructed, the people at the store gave me an estimate for the work, they were courteous and professional. Jacob called me to give me his estimate time of his estimated time of arrival of arrival when he was on the road. He also was courteous and professional and diligent about his work. I must say that this business from my experience caters to their clients. I have a locksmith not more than 2 minutes from my home but decided not to use them as the last time I was in their store, they were acting as if they were doing me a favor by making duplicate keys. So I decided to go on Angie's List and look for another vendor and am very happy I did. I am very pleased with Jacob and Larry The Locksmith Store.
