LA ROSA DEL MONTE EXPRESS INC

We hired LA ROSA DEL MONTE to bring a mirror from Aventura, Florida to the Bronx, New York. It was a huge mistake. Although they told us that it would be properly packed and crated, it was not. When we opened the thin box in which it was packed, the mirror was broken; we called their office several times and left voice-mails for a gentleman by the name of Benito Rodriguez, whom we were told was responsible for all claims. He never returned our calls. After several emails, he finally indicated the paperwork which we needed to submit in order to file the claim. We submitted the paperwork and he acknowledged receiving it, however they never paid us. We have left numerous voice-mails and sent emails but they don?t bother responding. DON?T USE THEM
