He took care of it very quickly and it was very cheap as well. The price was ridiculously cheap. I haven't had an issue since. He came right away. I will absolutely use them again.

The serviceman was prompt and got to work right away. After a thorough evaluation which included unscrewing and probing into several areas, he deemed that the spinner was obstructed, due to the absence of wheels on the cart on my GE dishwasher. He gave me the name of an appliance parts store, with phone number and address. (Also gave me a magnet for my refrigerator, should I need them in the future.) I am happy to report that my dishwasher is running perfectly now. Very satisfied customer.

Came promptly and fixed dryer. However, despite advertising reasonably low service visit fee, the almost $200 charge was excessive. The part was available online and in stores for under $20. The bill I received did not list parts and labor separately, although there were lines allotted to do so.

Mike the repairman arrived early and made the repair to the washing machine. He is a true expert and extremely skilled at servicing appliances. I plan to have him come back to repair other appliances. I would recommend Land L to neighbors and friends anytime. Price was extremely fair and reasonable. A++

They would have to replace the electric component at the top of the dishwasher. The item cost without labor was in the $400 range. The provider said that because of the high cost and the fact that this electrical piece could only be purchased fron the mfgr. he would probably look for a new dishwasher. He did not charge me for a service call and he could have. This is a classy and honest business man and I recommend him.

Mike was at my house within 20 min. after calling me. He was very friendly and neat. He told he exactly what needed to be repaired. I would hire L and L again and will tell my family and friends about them

We have used this company for years but last week they outdid themselves. On a Saturday morning the day after our daughter gave birth, the whole family was descending on us for the weekend and the washing maching refused to drain. This was a disaster. We needed clean sheets, towels, everything. We called Land L and the repairman showed up in about an hour and repaired the problem. A switch had failed and needed to be replaced. Before he left the repairman gave my wife a big hug and warmly congratulated her on our new grandchild. Then he cautioned her to keep the old Kenmore because the new ones are terrible. Try getting service like that anywhere else.

I read reviews of the company on Angie's list and called to schedule a repair visit. The young woman who answered the phone was very nice and scheduled an appointment.
Anthony called ten minutes before he arrived and was very professional in his approach. Diagnosing the problem as a broken defrost heater, he installed the new part in no time flat.
In less than two hours refrigerator was working and I had ice cubes in my freezer.
He even affixed a refrigerator magnet with the companies name and contact info at no additional charge (LOL).
This was a very positive experience and I would definitely contact them again.

The refrigerator was fixed promptly. The oven ignition was replaced, but the oven continued to perform poorly. Upon calling L and L to report this, they promptly returned and diagnosed the valve problem, replaced it the same day, and only charged for the part, rather than another service charge.

Extremely professional from the beginning. Initially, I planned to order a new stove from another source and have Land L install it. They asked if they could supply the new stove. Their quote for the stove was equal to or lower than three other suppliers so I accepted their offer. The stove arrived on the day they quoted. The next day, the installation went smoothly and the installer removed the old stove. Couldn't have been an easier transaction. I highly recommend this company!

Called Land L appliance at 8:30 am to request repair, left message on answering machine and promptly received a return phone call at approximately 9:15am. Repair was for a rental property I own located approximately one hour from my home. They took credit card payment over the phone from me so I didn't have to meet them at the property and they were able to get to the house and fix the problem within hours. Office staff and repair person very friendly.

IT WAS FINE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THEY WERE PLEASANT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. A FRIEND REFERRED ME TO THEM AND I CALLED THEM UP. MY HUSBAND WASN'T HOME. THEY REMEMBERED THAT THEY HAD DONE WORK FOR US BEFORE AND THEY WERE QUICK TO GET TO US AND TAKE CARE OF IT. WE WEREN'T PUT ON A LONG WAITING LIST. THEY WERE FAIR. THEIR PRICES WERE FAIR.

Both the office and service personnel were kind and accommodating (not like it was rushed) and very thorough. It was not more than a two hour wait. It took about twenty minutes.
