I called Kand G to have an electrician evaluate and repair several persistent problems in my apartment prior to subletting it. Another electrician had submitted an estimate, but I wanted to see if Kand G, recommended by my super, could do better and come in sooner. The dispatcher took my credit card information before sending out an electrician, but booked me promptly, and an electrician showed up right on time and completed the work in less than an hour. He was prompt; focused; polite; intelligent; and professional. His bill came to about 1/5th of the other electrician's estimate. I was extremely happy with Kand G and will use them in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent! He showed up promptly, did a thorough job (checking every outlet and switch), let me know what was going on, did a quick repair on one outlet. Although this work was done on an hourly rate (instead of a job quote), he didn't try to drag out the time at all. Very professional, overall.

I think they were extremely professional. They were careful about hanging plastic so dust wouldn't go to other areas of the house. They did an excellent job hanging a complex fixture. They are very polite and office staff was very helpful. Each time they came on time and kept me fully informed on what work was going on.

My husband and I checked by turning off everything in the apt. and deduced it was the baseboard heater causing the problem. I called our bldg. Mgmt. Told me to call K&G. Right away, they wanted a credit card number, code on back, etc. before an appointment was even made so they could charge $175 an hour (no partial hours, $175 minimum). I made an appointment. They sent a 'mechanic'. The guy came and was the least charming least communicative individual I ever met, he tore apart our wall unit (where we have electrical outlets my husband, a former electrical from Switzerland, installed.) He tore up all of the wiring, cut cords, etc. and handed me a cord he had cut from inside the unit. He disconnected the whole thing and then notified me that we would have to tear down the built in wall unit to reinstall. The fuse box was an afterthought, though I told him the problem was the fuse box and the heating unit. I asked could he fix it, he said no, not allowed to.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY HAVE VERY PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES WHO ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THEIR JOBS. THEY ARE REALLY NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY WORK VERY EFFICIENTLY TO FINISH A JOB WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL BE FINISHED.

THIS MAN WAS VERY NEAT AND OBLIGING. HE ALWAYS CONSULTED ME FIRST BEFORE DOING ANYTHING. ALSO, HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND HE CAME ON TIME.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY WERE THERE, BUT I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THEM THERE. OVERALL EVERYTHING WAS PRETTY GOOD. THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS PRETTY GOOD. THE PRICE COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CHEAPER.
