JA Housekeeping is just great. Very professional, courteous and through.

This cleaning service was recommended by our concierge and I was very disappointed! I called the owner TWICE on his cell phone and was told both times he would call me back to set up an appointment. He never called me back. Very unprofessional!

First-time effort OK, as this is an old private house with many corners, nooks and crannies. A few more visits will determine if we are completely satisfied. Interaction with agency that sent the cleaning person out was professional and otherwise straightforward. Decent value for the amount paid.

We've had construction work going on since a major leak in an upstairs bath resulted in the bathroom having to be gutted, and major repairs in the kitchen below. The first time I used JA was after the initial demolition. I asked them to clean three rooms completely covered in plaster dust--including everything inside every cabinet. The cost for that service was $230. When Jhon and Doris finished, the three rooms were cleaner than they had ever been. The next time we used them was after the majority of the renovation work was completed. This time, however, we had taped up doors and cabinets for weeks, which protected the contents of almost all of the cabinets. Only two had to be emptied and everything in them washed. So the cost was reduced to $190. Again, Jhon and Doris were amazing. They were efficient, professional, and very pleasant. Most important, they did a wonderful job. Apparently, they're now concentrating on post-construction clean-up. For anyone undergoing this mess-producing process, I strongly recommend JA Cleaning. They are phenomenal!

It wasn't very expensive. There might have been a minimum, but in any case were satisfied with the price and quality of work. It was professional and flexible in terms of being available.

They're very efficient, do a good job, and they are polite and accomodating.

They are very conscientious. They work hard and keeping working for the hours that they are supposed to. I expect to keep using them, certainly for the foreseeable future.

I had used them long before, and I chose them because they were on Angie’s List. However, they were expensive. They were okay. The person that they sent was not great. They charged a certain amount for 4 hours and every hour above that it was $20 per hour.

They did a very competent job. The laundry is done well, the house is clean and they are very reliable. They are always available when I need to reach them and they do good work.

It went very well. Cleaning was confirmed two days beforehand. The housekeeper showed up early, then called to let me know she had arrived. She cleaned thoroughly and did a very good job.

I had several different workers here on different times; they all did very well. They were very organized and had efficient coordination and scheduling.
