HOME DEPOT

They are terrible. I just can't with them I can't. I ordered something from them and they told me one date the next thing you know they said it is going through a third party delivery. I thought I was going to get it on the weekend and now its not going to be here until Friday. I am having some work being done on my house now and I wanted a new door installed on the back, a new fiber glass door. I went to HomeDepo and ordered the stupid door I asked them to deliver the door. I thought the door was going to be here by the 22nd, now I am hearing that it is not going to be here on the 22nd. So now that 3rd party company has to contact me to tell me when it can be delivered. I am not going to buy anything else from them unless I go in there and pick it up myself. The way things are going right now it is hard to say that I would never use them again. I don't think that I would get into a situation where they have to deliver things to me. Now I don't have a door in the back. They promised me one thing and they didn't do it.

-set up not as promised....salesperson in the store promised delivery personnel would be able to hook up unit and that they had provided me with all the necessary material to do so.
-they were unable to hook up the water line, told me additional material/tubing was required. I called a plumber who came out and hooked up the unit without requiring any additional tubing, just a new connection to the refridgerator....

A/C was delivered as promised, nicely packed and provider even included prepaid return label, in case I change my mind. Returned label went to shredder, since A/C works perfectly but it was very nice from them. Now when I need something, I will not even think twice where to get it. Reasonably priced and well performed.

I also had trouble putting one of them together and they spent time on the phone with me to make sure I could do so.

First they came to measure and check and then they came with the material and did the work. They took all the rubbish with them.

I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY BUT GOOD THINGS ABOUT HOME DEPOT. WE SHOPPED AROUND AND THEY HAD THE LOWEST PRICES IN TOWN. I HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY DID A GREAT JOB!

WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE TO BUY THE FLOORING THEY WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL. I HAD A HARD TIME FINDING SOMEONE TO HELP ME. THEIR INSTALLATION WAS POOR AND THEY ARE NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF FLOORING.

HOME DEPOT DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY FLOOR. IT LOOKS FANTASTIC! I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND THE WAY THEY CONDUCTED THEMSELVES. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

OVERALL, I THINK THIS COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND DRESSED PROFESSIONAL. THEIR ESTIMATES ON THE MEASURES WERE CORRECT. THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET NEATLY.

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT. THEY PULLED ALL THE OLD CARPET UP AND INSTALLED THE NEW CARPET. THE WORKERS ARE VERY CONSIDERATE AND RESPECTFUL. OUR BEDROOM CARPET LOOKS NICE.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING CHOOSE THE RIGHT TYPE OF FLOORING AND HOW MUCH I WOULD NEED. THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN, AND THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE FLOORING.

I HAD THE CARPETING INSTALLED AND WHEN I CALLED HOME DEPOT TO ASK ABOUT THE LITTLE WRINKLES THAT WERE STARTING TO FORM, THEY CAME OUT AND STRETCHED THE CARPETING FREE OF CHARGE. THEY EXPLAINED THAT LAYING IT IN JANUARY WAS THE REASON.

I LIKE HOME DEPOT. I RECENTLY BOUGHT A NEW HOME AND WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. I ALSO PURCHASED CABINETS, A TOILET AND A WASHER. I LOVE THEIR DEALS AND I THINK THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DURABLE. I AM VERY PLEASED!

THEIR PRICES ARE FABULOUS. ONE PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET IN THE WINTER AND DIDN'T WAIT FOR IT TO WARM UP. THIS CAUSED THE CARPET TO BUCKLE A COUPLE MONTHS LATER. ONE PIECE OF CARPET HAD A MANUFACTURER FLAW, AND IT HAD TO BE SENT BACK.

THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE ORDEAL I EVER HAD. WHEN THEY DID THE INSTALLATION, ONE OF THE WINDOWS WAS BROKEN AND THREE LOCKS. NO ONE TOLD ME. IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX EVERYTHING.

I AM COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THE REMODELING OF MY BASEMENT TURNED OUT WITH THE HELP OF HOME DEPOT. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO TURNING THE AREA INTO A FAMILY ROOM.

THE WERE PROMT IN COMING HELPED ME MOVE FURNITURE AND WERE VERY NEAT AFTER THEY LEFT THEY ALSO CLEANED AND TREATED THE FLOOR WITH SEALANT AND POLY THEY ALSO LEVELED THE FLOOR
