My apartment was transformed from an ugly duckling into a swan. My wooden floors look so beautiful now. All the scratches are gone and the finish makes them look lighter and more attractive. They also painted my entire apartment so now everything looks fresh and clean. They managed to do all of this with everything still in my apartment. They moved things from one side of the room to the other. It was a lot of work but they did it in less time than they said it would take. Thank you Grade A Flooring for doing an amazing job!!

Francis came to the home and provided a transparent quote, and made suggestions for various options with their pricing. This allowed us to easily make an informed decision based on our needs and our budget. He completed the work in a very timely manner and took pictures to update us on his progress. He even tarped off rooms to avoid dust getting everywhere. Our refinished floors look brand new, even the deep scratches are gone! Great quality at a competitive price, and friendly and convenient service.

He rushed the job and demanded payment before I did a final check, after checking the job I had to hire another company to complete the work which they say was incomplete. some of the closets did not receive the lacquer.

Francis and his team refinished the floors in a rental unit I own. The job was so well done that other contractors returning to the job after Francis finished thought the I had completely replaced the floors. Their work is outstanding. I will definitely be using them again in the future. And I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about Francis and his crew. He was very accommodating, communicative, patient, and punctual during the process of choosing a stain. And the finished product is absolutely stunning. My floors are smooth under foot and beautiful. The brighten every room. Furthermore, Francis left the house clean and neat. He disassembled, moved, and reassembled furniture. Working with him was such a pleasure that I have already recommended him to friends and family.

Francis did a fantastic job of installing laminate flooring to my upstairs bedrooms and hallway. He's very professional and was in constant communication with me throughout the project. I am looking forward to him to come and finish the rest of the rooms in my house.

Francis and his colleague were extremely professional, courteous, friendly, prompt, thorough, communicative, and knowledgeable and remained so throughout the entire process--from initiation of contact through completion of the project. I work in the construction and design industry and have worked with numerous vendors over the past several years, and by far, I received the most impeccable service from Francis and his colleague. Francis called me less than an hour after I submitted my information on Angieâ  s List and took the time to fully understand my flooring needs. He then asked for my availability and worked with my schedule so we could set up a time to get the job done. On the morning of, Francis arrived prompt and on time, letting me know in advance that he was minutes away and even waited an additional ten minutes for me to open the door. When he and his colleague arrived, they brought in their equipment, connected to my power box and put up plastic to make sure the dust didn't escape the room, while continually making sure the area was secure. They also paused for a little while as I took an important business call. I was scheduled to do one room, which takes two days for drying and finishing purposes, but was so pleased with the finished product (it wasn't the original plan color-wise but it looked so good), I decided to get the other two rooms done as well. When this room was finished, Francis waited 15 minutes, as I got the payment situated. For the additional rooms, I was offered a very fair and reasonable price and following the same process as before he and his colleague were able to schedule it quickly. This time, Francis had to make a change to the schedule for an urgent matter and with good reason and informed me of this in advance so we made a change to the schedule as needed. The day of, he again arrived prompt and on time. This time around, furniture needed to be moved, a lot of it, two rooms worth, and Francis and his colleague got it done. They were so good with moving the furniture; I wanted to call them and pay them extra to move it back. I'm still wondering how they got my sofa through the small door. They also made sure I stayed connected to wifi since I was working from home. Anyway, they worked on the second two rooms, and again were prompt, professional and quick. I felt comfortable with them in my home and left for an hour while they continued to work. I was a little slow returning and Francis called me to let me know, they were wrapping up, waiting five minutes until I came back. Everything was exactly where I left it. On the second day, they came back to finish the job and were quick, courteous and friendly. Before they left, I made the payment (this time I was prepared) and it was done. Throughout the flooring process, I felt comfortable. Francis and his colleague are very down to earth and it felt like good old-fashioned workmanship without all the thrills and frills and gimmicks. It was so simple and affordable. Grade A Flooring has the best prices and craftsmanship ever, and I am sure the business will continue to grow. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. Francis was very professional and his knowledge of flooring was superb. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and even offered suggestions as to what stains and color would make my floors look better. He was always there early and called before his arrival. He made sure the dust was minimal and cleaned as much as he could. When the job was completed I recommended him to 2 other people because my floors are impressive and made my home look brand new.
