We were on top of the work as it went along and kept getting the "we'll take care of it" response. They went cheap on the labor(which costs more time and money in the long run) which delayed the renovation timeline. I guess he didn't have the next job lined up. There's your next clue. The bathroom drain wasn't vented which is going to have us rip up the bathroom and another bedroom to fix. Kitchen floor tile uneven and coming up after one month. Didn't use the contracted materials. (Cheap paint, oven, etc) Didn't order or plan properly. We paid on time but held the last payment and asked him to leave the job. Our expectations are fair and Kenny didn't come close to meeting the contract. So far we had to repair the roof and fixed the issues that must get done immediately at a cost of $13,500. Dreading the repair and cost to fix plumbing and flooring. Two estimates I have are $17,000 average. I cannot said it loud enough to not use this company. It has been my worst nightmare and I'm not done with it. I have to wait until I move out to fix these issues.
Description of Work: We tried to use this company for our roof repair and have it serve as a test for doing an apartment renovation. Everything worked out well, but with roofing it takes time to see how it takes. Reasonable price, punctual and had licensed etc. We proceeded to the renovation and have been regretting it since.
