I asked for the owner to make an assessment and emailed photos of the current locks to give them an idea. The owner did not make an assessment and sent the worker with medico locks, some of which did not fit. The worker took 4 hours to complete the job because he was on his cell phone and took long breaks. He brought with him a medico tubular lock, which costs 200 and attempted to install in the interior hallway door. The lock was too large for the door and he could not install it. He claimed that the owner should have came out to make the assessment and told me I had to pay for the lock anyway. It is now just sitting and collecting dust. Armed with a receipt, I went back to the actual store and they would not refund my money. I would recommend that if you are in need of a locksmith, look elsewhere. Please steer clear of them, they are rude.

They did an outstanding job. They were prompt and even called before they came over. They were on time and extremely professional. Everything looked perfect and they installed top of the line Medeco high security locks. Regarding Matthew the technician who completed the installation, before beginning the job, he took the time to explain what he was going to do with each lock and how long it would take. Also he cleaned up so well, you would not know work was even done. Regarding the actual store location, there is a great variety of locks, decorative hardware and door knobs, etc. in a variety of prices. The staff is always courteous, professional and extremely well informed. You can't go wrong with Galaxy and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you! It is very refreshing to find individuals who take pride in what they are doing and who back up their work.

I appreciate the owners and workers at this company. If I have a question or concern, they are really responsive to my needs. I am lucky to have found such a good company for this type of service. I have no plans of leaving anytime soon because I am a satisfied customer.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE I KNOW. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND CLEANED UP ALL THEIR MESS. THEY PUT AN ALARM IN AFTER I HAD A BREAK IN AND EVER SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD NO TROUBLES.
