francis floor caring

I have a dificult situation, wherein half of my floor is in and half needs to be done, then the whole floor must be refinished. Teh man who came to look at the job to be done asked for wamples to prepare to show me what the refinished wood would look like. I had only a several pieces of the wood , and asked him to please take only a piece, but he took whatever i had, saying he would only use a bit and reutrn the rest to me. He mever called me back, never returned my calls, and never gave me back the samples to give to someone else . It was a very unexpected and unprofessional encounter with someone who came so highly rated by Angies' List. If he did not want to do the job, if it was more than he could handle, a simple return call and return of my samples of wood would have been fine with me, But not this. I would say :Avoid this company, do not even make the call. There are so many available choices, and this is not a good one." and by the way, his quote (which he gave me when he was in my home initially) was not inexpensive at all, so using him because you may think he is "basic" and so ,"cheap" would be a mistake too. He is not.for those who are budget conscious either. Nothing to recommend him at all.
