FlashMoe Contractor

At first, everything went well; we agreed on a scope of work and price. The original price didn't include the flooring because I had to verify what was approved by co-op board. I went to inspect at agreed on intervals and had no problems until we agreed on additional price for the flooring. I gave him another check to take care of that and never heard anything from him. A month has passed and still no word nor is the work completed. I want my check for the flooring back ($1500) and I am keeping the final $500 from the original price of $6000 because I need to get someone else to finish the job. There is also job related debris left in the apt.

I worked closely with the team, Moe was the foreman. The entire construction team was courteous, professional, and always showed up on time.  There was not a time that I visited my apartment during the construction phase and they were not here and working diligently. They followed my instructions to the tee and if i was not happy they worked closely me to ensure I was happy. 
Moe was always available to answer my questions and resolve any issues I had during the renovation with both what we agreed upon and any additional needs I wanted.Moe often emailed me pictures of the work he was going to do to make sure it was the way I wanted.  For example, before my bathroom floor was installed I was emailed two ways the tile could be applied. I was able to choose the best feature that fit my style.  Another example of their "going the extra mile" to satisfy their customer was the customization of their camouflaging a metal pipe that ran through my kitchen.  The team was able to build a flawless covering that absolutely looks like it was part of the kitchen.  This is just a few examples of the ongoing customer care that they provided over a 4 week period. At the conclusion of the project,  Moe came back to fix a few minor issues that I discovered after moving in without hesitation (given all the negative stories you hear about contractors, these guys are not one of them.   DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT THEM FOR YOUR PROJECT NEEDS YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!)
A week after the project I received a call from Moe who again wanted to ensure I was satisfied.  Again I cannot say it enough, they are extremely professional.  My cooperative building, which is quite conservative, asked for my contractor's number (to refer their services) as a result of their work ethic and their ability to comply with cooperative building rules.
I cannot say enough about this company.  When asked about the construction in my apartment and the finished product, I can't rave enough about my positive experience with the work and the people at FlashMoe Contractor.
