 + -1 moreThe exterminator came to the home, introduced himself and quickly got to work. He provided information about the spiders and his familiarity with him. He was also very detailed by making sure all the corners where sprayed. He did a great job! He was very pleasant and professional.
Description of Work: Exterminated outside of the house for spiders.

 + -1 moreThey were honest, and advised us on how to best approach our situation. Rather than put poison in the house with senior citizens he advised to let it die in the wall, which it did. I appreciated his honesty and that he didn't take us for a ride.
Description of Work: We had them out to take care of a mouse that had gotten into wall.

 + -1 moreWHATEVER THEY PROMISED, THEY DID NOT COME THROUGH. WE HAD TO DO THE MAJORITY OF THE WORK TO GET RID OF THE PESTS. WE HAD TO PRACTICALLY KEEP CALLING THEM, AND THEY GAVE US THE BRUSH OFF.
