The repairmen was extremely professional and courteous and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. On that alone I would have given them an A if weren't for the fleecing I received. To replace a standard washing machine pump I was charged roughly$350. This pump runs less than $50 and the tech was there for an hour at most. So, I basically paid $300 for an hour of this guys time to replace a pump. It's my own fault for agreeing to let him replace it but I can't help but getting annoyed that I got completely ripped off.
