+ -1 moreI called Anthony to install video surveillance equipment around a year ago. The system wasn't working properly so I gave him a call. He and another guy came, did some things, charged me $460 (check was to be made out to "cash"), and left. About a week later I go to look at the system and it still has the same problem! I give him a call and he tells me that for another $150 he can fix it! I asked him if he was okay taking $460 last week to fix the problem, then asking me for another $150 to fix the same problem. He was. So I told him I'd find someone else. The guy is nice enough, you really want to like him. I just don't think video surveillance is his "thing". I paid him to install the system, to fix the system, and I still don't have an operable system.
Description of Work: Installation of video surveillance equipment (four cameras and a DVR) on my property.
