Clear Vent

The technicians who came with very polite courteous and did the job very quickly however, my scheduled appointment was from 8 AM to 12 noon. I called the 1215 they told me it was gonna be 230. I called at 2:30 and they told me between three and five they did not come till 4 o?clock and they literally spent five minutes fixing the problem. I should have been put on the schedule before all these other people you have to do a better job of scheduling the technicians don?t know who?s fault it is, but I wasted a whole day. They seem to know what to do and how to do it. Last year they cleaned the dryer duct, for the first time in many years. This year, the dryer was drying very slowly and the duct itself had to be replaced. This involved making two small holes in our finshed basement ceiling to access the duct. They did this very neatly. (This did not, of course, include repairing the holes and repainting the area- we have to get that done.) The dryer is works well again.

The worse service ever. Do not use this company. They could not repair my washer. 1- The technician did a terrible assessment and did not listen to me as to what was wrong with the machine. They ordered it apart and came back to repair it. #2 - The technician broke the hot water valve that did not have anything to do with the problem with the washer. #3- They did not fix the problem with the washer and keep saying it is fixed. #4- When you call to speak to a manager, she is always in a meeting and does not call you back. Do not use this company, they have the worse customer service and incompetent technicians. They need to just stick to vacuuming dryer lint vents. Horrible experience. I would give zero stars.

They kept me informed about there arrival time and they were on time methodical and clean. They put things back better than the way it ways.

The men were very professional and did a great job cleaning the vents. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs this service. Mr. Ramirez not only supervised the project but did most of the work himself.
