I find the service good and I don’t have any problems.  When I do have a problem, usually I have to reset routers or the modems.  Their customer service is very good.  If you call them, they are very helpful.  The repair service is excellent.  The internet service, even with their router, is out quite a bit.  I switched to their router at their suggestion, hoping to improve the service, which it did not.

Unable to recieve internet service to my computer, television and tablets. Tried numerous times over the phone and had a technician come to my house. Nothing was fixed so I finally bought a new laptop.
The new router they gave me wasoutdated and I had to get another new router so I can have better wifi service at an extra charge!!!

They have what I need; I can't really say that their price is phenomenal. They are a useful provider to have because they have access to local channels, and it is really the only reason I use them.

I got television and internet through them. They are a very difficult company to work with, and I do not like the politics of the company that owns them. I would recommend Fios if they have a choice. They were pretty abysmal overall.

Cablevision are good. You call them up and they talk you through what you need to do. They are a little expensive but the support service is great.

I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. When I get the chance I am switching companies. I am not thrilled with them. I think they charge too much and their services aren't very reliable. My complaint is not with their service when they come into your house in order to fix something. My complaint is with the general quality of the services that they provide, TV reception and what they charge for it. Their overall product, to me, is unsatisfactory. They are good with their responsiveness.
