My 1st floor kitchen occasionally get sewer backup when there is heavy usage from upstairs. For precaution, I like to do a cleaning out on the sewer lines out to the street. Frank told me that they can do the kitchen for $99 or the big and longer snake for $125. I told him the situation and that I want the big one and clean out everything for peace of mind. The technician came and did a quick dip into the kitchen sink and declared the clog is cleaned and cleared, then immediately demanded for $99 payment. We requested for the big clean out, not just a quick dipping of a and clean unclogged pipe. Frank called in as well to demand for payment and threaten to clog up the pipe if we don’t pay up. I explained that I want a clean out, and not a quick dip of the pipe but he said that I’m telling a plumber how to do plumbing, and if I want to do the big one, it will be $300 more now. They might have the skills to help people under pressure with clogged pipe. But if you can, definitely not the people who you should contact for service or expect a decent customer service. Go to 49.99 sewer, better service and half of what they demand.

Called and spoke with a representative. She easily accommodate my busy schedule. Bob and Jose arrived promptly the following day. They quickly located the problem and fixed it. I was very happy with their knowledge of how to best access the drain. I would certainly use them again.

The first visit was unsuccessful. The technician identified a possible sewer problem but he never followed up with looking into it, looked at other possibilities and could not solve the issue. Was told to call again when leak returned and a portion of payment would go to next visit. Leak soon returned and they responded immediately and 2nd technician resolved the problem by fixing the sewer issue the 1st one identified as a possibility. Was charged for 2 separate service calls although 2nd was reduced from $125 to $95.

They were too expensive, so I decided to decline their offer. I would say a “D” for overall rating because they've got 3 off load me to their apparent company. It wasn't like they were going to directly perform the services, they handed me off to someone else, which I didn't like. They were slow to respond as well. Overall, it's been about 3 weeks to get back to me. They just basically provided me a number to call, they requested pictures, I sent them pictures. Then, once I finally got in contact with them, that's when they provided me the estimate over the phone. I didn't hire them for the job, so I can't grade them on punctuality.

Everything was good they responded quickly and fixed the problem.. The only thing was that when I called they said they charge $75 just to show up and the cost when they finished the job was $300 even when i provided the kitchen faucet. I didn't get no other quotes so I'm not sure if that's the price for that job but I thought the price was a little high.
