It went well! Bow was an excellent partner in a time-compressed remodeling project planned as an intense 6 week effort to be completed before we moved in. He had 6-10 workers on site and managed not only to keep them from tripping over each other but handled a number of complications smoothly. He was very responsive and always available by phone or in person when I needed him. We ended up about 1 week late and only modestly over budget, though this is mostly my fault for delaying certain decisions. In addition to managing the work, he made a number of suggestions about the design, all of which were great ideas and improved the result.
Description of Work: 7 weeks of intensive work to remodel -removed stub wall and relocated electrical feeds -removed nonstructural walls, combined closets -framed down doorways and installed french doors, replaced bedroom doors -remodeled and expanded master bathroom (installing 2nd sink) and WIC -new tile in 3 bathrooms -replaced toilets and sinks -high quality repair of walls (repair cracks, skim-coat, paint) & ceilings (repair & paint) -new tile in front hall -new kitchen countertops
