They made an appointment with me between 2pm-6pm. I called at 3pm to confirm that they were still coming, they said they'd be there in 30 minutes. I called at 4pm, they said give them 45 minutes, I called at 5:15pm and they said someone was on their way and would be there in 30 minutes. I called at 6pm and they were no longer answering their office phone and they don't have voicemail. I called them the next day at 11am to find out what happened, told the guy who I was and why I was calling and he said "uhh can you call back in 5 minutes" and hung up the phone before I could respond. They wasted my time and have very unprofessional phone etiquette. I would not recommend them unless you have all week to lounge around your house hoping they keep their word and show up.
Description of Work: Pilots on stove top and oven weren't lighting up on their own.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON BOTH APPLIANCES WHEN THEY REPAIRED THEM. MY DRYER AND MY STOVE BOTH WORK GREAT NOW. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS NOW AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE TIMER ON THE STOVE AND THE HOSE ON THE DRYER BECAUSE IT HAD NO HEAT.
