ATLANTIC FLOORING

They showed up on time. The workers was very efficient and cleaned up after very well. They refinished the floors in one day and came back another day for a second coat of varnish. The only problem was some sort of dark chemical staining appearing in the wood of one of the bedroom floors after sanding. Probably there from the previous owners. The workman suggested to go darker with the new stain in that room to match the chemical stains in the wood flooring, that made sense to me. Unfortunayely the staining they applied went too dark and all the chemical stains in the wood appeared lighter when the floors dried. So now the floor is stained dark and where the chemical stains were are now appearing as lighter spots on the floor. They offered to re-sand the floors and re-stain them for free. I opted to just leave the floor the way it turned out. Other than that problem all the floors turned out awesome.
