The service people were arrogant and rude and not prompt in their follow ups. They did not return phone calls and the job they did was shoddy. The new window that they put in is as difficult to open as the old one. They went through all the motions and replaced the windows as instructed, but they missed the big picture as to why we were replacing the window to begin with, which was to make it easier to open.
