Description of Work: Engaged him to repair a leak in the furnace. Did not pay any attention to the leak and said he would check with the insurance to see if it was covered. Told me the system needs over $500 worth of maintenance. When I asked him about the leak, he kept dismissing it and kept re-quoting the maintenance that was "needed" and told me that he can do it, but my oil company should fix the leak. When it was time to collect the deductible, I asked him why I was paying when he didn't do any work. His response was " I didn't walk here you know". I asked him to give me a minute while I called my insurance company to confirm that I indeed need to pay a deductible for no services rendered. He started raising his voice and disrespecting me in my own home. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!
