They were responsive and did the work quickly. The quality was good. They did put a couple of scuffs on the floor moving an appliance, but then cleaned them. They had some complications with the work, but persevered and figured things out on their own. Overall the experience was good.

This person mocked my insistence on wearing a mask, washing his hands, and remaining a safer 6 ft distance. He did not wash his hands or use sanitizer and aggressively ridiculed the notion of social distancing. He also has refused to supply my landlord management company with the necessary insurance certificate and license and ignored all my attempts to get them from him. His misogynistic and made me so uncomfortable in my home. I highly recommend searching elsewhere.
