"Dear Meredith F Wish you are doing well on this times. First of all All our workers and me as a owner we all were masks. We do that for our safety and others. Please be nice and say the truth because when i enter your apartment i have removed the shoes, i have use hand sanitizer and i was wearing a mask. I do that for our safety and i do keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer on my pocket at all the times. I do respect and i do keep 6' distance all the times. You wrote another 3 stars review maybe 2 weeks ago and below is my respond to that, now you are changing you review and saying things that i didn't do, i feel so bad on this situation because i didn't do what you are saying. I am sorry but that is the truth. Do you remember when i enter your apartment and i already gave you discount on all the work i did and i did extra and in the end you said you don't want to pay me. I don't know why you are like this maybe you had bad experience with other contractors, but i have tried to do my service the best ,and i have asked you many times, on oral, texts and email, please send me a sample of certificate of insurance from the building and you don't want to do that. I have never refused to send you a certificate of insurance. You have refused to send me a sample of COI from the building, and i have told you more than 10 times please have the management call me or email me so i can list you as a certificate holder on the COI and i asked you i need your full name for that and you refused to send it. Again we are insured and licensed from NYC. And i know that you want your landlord to pay for things you broke that's why you are blaming a contractor who did the best for you and you don't appreciate our work. We never make our costumers uncomfortable we always make them happy and most of the time we give discount or we do a small extra job and we don't charge for that, same what we did with you. Below is the respond from last review that you have deleted. Dear Meredith F As i have explained you on the texts and when i was in your apt to replace the faucet I told you YES i do have all insurances and licenses I told you please ask the super or management office to send you a sample of COI that every building have, and i never got it. I told you i need to know who is the certificate holder and i need to know your full name first and last name to list it in the certificate holder and the apt as well. I do need all those information and you don't want to send it over. I also told you have the super or management office to call me or email me and i will send the insurance and the licence and you never did. The issue is between you and the landlord because you guys keep fighting who should pay for the service and parts because they say you broke the faucet and you want them to pay for it. That is not my problem at all i have all licences and insurances. Again please fix the problems with your landlord because i have nothing to do with that. I fixed the problem and my job was done right. So please be kind and talk to the super or management because i am a service provider not a landlord and our business is always ready to respond to all our clients 24/7 Thank you Albert"
