This company has many trucks out during the day. Although they typically can't give us a precise time of arrival, they have never failed to show up that day. They get the job done. All these guys do for the most part is drain clogs, so they know their stuff. No nonsense. Good service for the price which is fixed in advance.

They did not arrive at the appointed time on 2 different occasions. When they arrived the first day they sent drain mechanics who knew nothing about faucets. To minimize my time lost from work I then rescheduled to be first call 3 days later. At 10:30 AM when he hadn't arrived I called and they said he was on his way. At 11:15 I called again. They said he was on another job and would be at least another hour or 2 before he could possibly get there. I told them to forget it and went to work.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY NICE TO ME. THEY EVEN TOOK ME TO THE BANK TO GET SOME MONEY TO PAY THEM, AND GAVE ME A RIDE BACK HOME.
